O hotel possui uma média localização da área central, levando em torno de 15 a 20 minutos caminhando! Esperávamos mais da parte estrutural do quarto, como boa manutenção (secador não funcionava), o quarto bem em frente ao elevador, um barulho constante! Acústica e isolamento ruim, não se tem um descanso integral. A cama razoável, travesseiros baixos, já com aspecto de muito uso! O café era bom, porém não é inesquecível! Saliento a qualidade da equipe que nos atendeu, sempre solicita e educada!

Muito boa estadia, quarto limpo porém antigo não tem ducha higiênica, café da manhã excelente, equipe de funcionários excelentes porém o estacionamento e cobrado uma taxa de r$ 30,00 + 10% do manobrista na diária para deixar o veículo na frente do hotel, preferir deixar na rua ao lado sem problema.

O Hotel Sky é diferenciado. Oferece um ótimo serviço, costuma ter promoções, permite que se vá ao centro de Gramado a pé, já que estacionar em Gramado é uma aventura. Parabéns, pena que Gramado seja um cidade tão cara, focada apenas em turistas estrangeiros e do centro do país.

Somente agua no frigobar. Falta de coisas basicas no banheiro,como touca plastica, escovinha reserva e pasta de dente. Mais o principal. O estacionamento que é cobrado ,com mais 10% de taxa ,e nem estacionamento é. Fica dm frente ao hotel rodando com outros carros. Esse é jm ponto mega negativo. O mais positivo, o cafe da manhã e a equipe são nota 1000
