Well worth visiting

This little hotel is very friendly and welcoming and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are small but well appointed and there is great attention to detail. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel is right in the heart of town. While the building is too small to accommodate facilities such as a gym and pool, guests have access to these services at the hotel's sister location just a block away.

Esse hotel é um charme! É um hotel pequeno, mas apesar disso e de ter um lance de escadas para acessar os quartos, é um hotelzinho muito especial. Atendimento 1000!!! O café da manhã é um espetáculo! Várias delícia, começando pelo suco verde, q nunca tomei um Tão gostoso! Pães, geleias, frutas, bolos, frios, tudo de primeira. E como cereja do bolo um waffle especial, delicioso e lindo! Funcionários sempre atenciosos e a querida Ana que fica na recepção, nos paparicando no café e resolvendo tudo q pedimos com carinho e um sorriso. Já comemorei meu aniversário lá, há 2a, e fui brindada com um bolinho e um bilhetinho fofo. Desta vez, fomos comemorar nosso niver de relacionamento e de novo fomos presenteados com um mimo. Sempre q podemos, nos hospedamos na rede Casa da Montanha e nunca nos arrependemos. Aliás, não só para hóspedes, pois os restaurantes da rede também arrasam! Desta vez, nosso jantar de comemoração foi no Ocre, assinado pela chef Roberta Sudbrack, no maravilhoso hotel Wood, onde também já nos hospedamos e amamos. O Ocre foi uma experiência incrível e nos deixou, na última noite, com desejo de voltar muitas outras vezes e provar todo o cardápio. Gramado é um lugar para se voltar sempre, e a rede Casa da Montanha reforça isso.

Hotel aconchegante

O hotel é bem aconchegante. Nossa chegada foi um pouco complicada, pois o hotel não tem recepção à noite, e quem nos atendeu via WhatsApp nos passou uma senha errada de acesso ao quarto e não conseguíamos entrar. O café da manha é muito bom, com diversas opções muito boas, além de ter um ótimo atendimento. Os quartos são aconchegantes e o chuveiro muito bom, ponto a melhorar: o aquecimento do quarto, estava muito frio e esquentava pouco. Algo que nos incomodou MUITO foi o hotel permitir que um vendedor de cotas ficasse na recepção do hotel, abordando hóspedes insistentemente todos os dias de manhã, para ir assistir apresentação de cotas! Não o bastante o quanto já somos abordados nas ruas de forma inconveniente, o hotel permitiu que isso acontecesse ali, foi algo muito negativo em nosso ponto de vista. A pessoa em questão era extremamente insistente apesar de dizermos que não tínhamos interesse.

O Hotel é impecável, fica na melhor localização da cidade, podendo fazer tudo a pé. Muitos restaurantes e malls ao redor e possui estacionamento privativo. O atendimento muito bom, Ana, Jeff e Rosângela super cordiais e atenciosos. O quarto bem espaçoso, aconchegante, TV nova, cama e banheiro são excelentes. Café da manhã maravilhoso!! Bom hotel, porém o isolamento acústico é ruim.

O atendimento da recepcionista (no horário em que há recepcionista) é muito bom. O café da manhã é espetacular, com opções já prontas e, também, a la carte (ovos, waffles). A localização é muito boa também, a poucos metros da rua coberta. O hotel faz parte da rede "Casa da Montanha" e, assim, quem se hospeda no Petit pode usufruir da Piscina e Brinquedoteca no Casa da Montanha da Borges de Medeiros, apesar desse translado não ser nada prático. Como pontos negativos, cito o isolamento acústico do quarto, o qual é MUITO ruim. Se escuta tudo do corredor e do quarto adjacente. Quando os vizinhos hóspedes não tem muita noção (como foi o nosso caso), isso pode ser um problema - tivemos que pedir para maneirarem à tarde, durante a soneca da nossa filha e, também, próximo da meia noite! O fato do hotel não manter um staff após as 18h20 também prejudica nessas questões, não havendo funcionários presenciais para eventualmente resolverem esse tipo de inconveniente.
