O hotel é muito bom... confortável, com um belo café da manhã e uma equipe de funcionários muito prestativa e atenciosa. Única ressalva que faço é em relação à acústica do quarto. Não sei se são todos, mas o que ficamos a acústica deixou muito a desejar... dava para ouvir muito o som externo.

A nossa estadia no hotel Laghetto Viale de Gramado foi muito boa. As instalações do hotel são adequadas e nos atenderam bem. O café da manhã é bem servido e a equipe de funcionários foi sempre prestativa com informações e ajudas. Todavia, a acústica do quarto que ficamos (109) não era das melhores. Ouvíamos o quarto ao lado perfeitamente e isso nos atrapalhou umas duas noites. Fora isso, o ambiente é bom e nos atendeu muito bem.

Minha estadia de 4 dias foi maravilhosa foi uma lua de mel pois tínhamos casados 1 semana antes. Chegando na recepção percebi que teria boa hospedagem, quarto limpo cheiroso toalhas branquinhas acordamos mais tarde e achamos que o café seria razoável devido a hora, mas nada tudo perfeito tudo reposto e quentinho a atenção do pessoal da cozinha foi nota 10 os garçons uma simpatia só, as camareiras atenciosas. O hotel é bem cuidadoso com a limpeza, a suite é ampla e confortável, toalhas e lençóis cheirosos e de otima qualidade. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção Fábio, Denilson e Vanderlei, além do Felipe do restaurante foi diferenciado, mas toda a equipe é muito educada e solicita. O café da manhã é farto e com boa apresentação e não apresenta muitas variações. Dos itens que experimentei, gostei do pão de queijo, das tortas de pêssego, e de bolachas. Não gostei dos bolos e principalmente do café coado, que achei fraco.

Café da manhã muito bom. Um destaque para o cardápio com cuscuz, e munguzá(canjica). Me fez matar um pouquinho da saudade dos sabores do nordeste. Destaque também pra simpatia do Fontana, muito atencioso. O Fábio e a Cristina, da recepção, também, muito atenciosos. O Fábio me recebeu com muita simpatia e empatia. Nota deles para o atendimento dele. Quarto ótimo, iluminação aconchegante e cama confortável. Chuveiro muito bom.

Quarto não foi exatamente como reservado. Foi contrato um quarto para casal, com uma cama de casal mais 2 camas de solteiro e nos forneceram um quarto de solteiro com uma cama de casal improvisada em um sofa cama, onde havia um colchonete muito desconfortável, no lugar do colchão. Comida estava boa, funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.
