O grande diferencial deste hotel está no atendimento de seus funcionários para com os hóspedes, desde o momento em que estaciona-se o carro na chegada ao estabelecimento, passando pelos funcionários da arrumação, garçons entre outros. Este atendimento, faz com que você sinta-se a pessoa mais importante naquele momento, sensacional. A limpeza, organização e preocupação em fazer com que tudo funcione adequadamente, também faz a diferença. Café da manhã servido a mesa, também é destaque. Ao final de tarde, a musica ao piano com uma cantora, acompanhado de espumantes e petiscos servidos a vontade, num ambiente acolhedor, cria um momento de relaxamento e bem estar.
