If I could give 10 stars I would. From the moment you arrive and are greeted at your car, you are treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and grace. The entire staff remembered our names, remember our preferences, took a genuine interest in ensuring that our experience was exceptional - which it was. This was our honeymoon and we can't say enough about how absolutely incredible this stay was. The hotel is tastefully designed with every single detail well thought out. I can't say enough about this hotel, its staff, and our experience. We will certainly return, and can't wait to bring our family with us. This is a MUST VISIT!!!!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights on a romantic getaway to Gramado. Both of us have travelled extensively and have stayed at many fine hotels. Both my fiancé and I agree that the Colline de France ranks among the top of the list. The quality of the rooms & service level were top notch and the daily breakfast was outstanding. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. I especially appreciated that they were very competent with multilingual communication. They were also very detail oriented and took the time to get to know their guests. We both would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury accommodations with a high class, but unpretentious level of service. This is one of the best hotels in Brazil.
