Breakfast was great, food and staff! Spa was messy, lots of dirty towels everywhere. Had dinner in the secondary restaurant in the hotel, food and service were not close to what you'd expect form a place like Casa da Montanha. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all.

Houveram dois incidentes que diminuíram a ótima experiência que tivemos. No primeiro, adentraram nosso quarto enquanto estávamos dentro e com placa de não perturbe, com a ajuda do staff. Creio que uma melhor orientação da equipe para checar a titularidade da reserva seria suficiente para sanar o problema. O outro incidente, em momento de descanso e com a placa de não perturbe, tocaram a campainha de nosso apartamento, o que acabou por atrapalhar o momento.

Quartos limpos atendimento ótimo Jorge um encanto de pessoa! Vanda da limpeza também. Bruno Felipe muito especiais no atendimento. Única coisa que não gostei foi tamanho do quarto e em cima da coifa do restaurante! Muito desagradável o barulho! Me trocaram de quarto mas achei muito ruim ter que chegar cansada e me deparar com esse desagradável barulho. No geral hotel bom mas como tem uma rampa para chegar até portaria eu não achei viável para idoso pois escolhi esse hotel pensando na comodidade de ser central e poder caminhar com minha mãe mas tive que pegar o carro todos os dias pra passear com ela. Se eu soubesse não teria reservado este hotel e sim outro de mais fácil acesso para minha mãe mas hotel é bom!
