Minha experiência no hotel foi, no geral, boa. As instalações são confortáveis, o atendimento na recepção foi cordial e a estadia foi tranquila na maior parte do tempo. No entanto, tive um problema sério que precisa ser mencionado: ao utilizar o serviço de manobrista, meu carro acabou sendo danificado. Isso gerou um grande transtorno e frustração, já que se espera cuidado e responsabilidade com o veículo dos hóspedes. Apesar dos pontos positivos do hotel, essa situação impacta bastante a avaliação final. Espero que a administração reveja esse serviço e tome medidas para evitar que isso aconteça com outros clientes.

Aquela s pessoa te abordando pra vender cotas de quarto no hotel são um abuso... tem gente te abordando na saida do café, na porta do elevador, e ainda ficam bravos se a pessoa não quer ouvir Café da manha ruim, tudo frio, industrializado, de má qualidade. piscina estava interditada de tão suja. jacuzzi tinha uma gordura marrom na água, Quartos mal limpos... mobiliario do hotel e toalhas bem desgastados

A estadia ia bem até o fds se aproximar. Parece que eles perdem o controle das coisas, conforme a lotação do hotel aumenta. A piscina apresentou um problema fixando interditada muitos dias da estadia. O agendamento das jacuzzi não funciona pq a galera não sai, não respeita e ngm informa sobre o tempo ter acabado. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom, mas só quando está vazio. No mais, o que salva são os funcionários que são extremamente educados e prestativos.

Escolhi esse hotel com a expectativa de descansar e aproveitar a área de lazer, o que infelizmente não aconteceu como planejado. Durante a estadia, a área de lazer estava em manutenção devido a um problema, o que foi uma grande decepção, já que esse foi um dos principais motivos da escolha. Vale destacar que o hotel foi solícito ao oferecer a possibilidade de utilizar a área de lazer de outras unidades da rede. No entanto, optei por não utilizar, pois buscava justamente a comodidade de aproveitar tudo no próprio local. Outro ponto negativo foi o conforto do quarto. A cama estava bastante irregular, parecendo uma “canoa” de um dos lados, o que prejudicou muito a qualidade do sono. Os travesseiros também deixaram a desejar, apesar de haver mais de uma opção disponível, todos eram muito moles e sem sustentação. Além disso, o estacionamento tem um custo elevado, R$45 por diária, o que considero alto. No restaurante, a experiência também não foi positiva.Pedi um parmegiana, mas a carne estava extremamente seca, sem suculência, o que comprometeu o prato. Por outro lado, o hotel tem seus pontos positivos. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade adequada, a academia é bem equipada para um hotel, a localização é excelente e o atendimento da equipe foi impecável, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Também tivemos momentos agradáveis durante a estadia, como uma experiência interativa para aprender a preparar um drink e uma apresentação ao vivo com uma moça tocando violino.

O sistema do hotel estava sempre fora do ar. O hotel tem estacionamento incluído no valor da diária mas, a recepção só dá a opção do com manobrista cobrando uma taxa extra. Como tem um único funcionário, existe uma longa fila de espera pros veículos. Os funcionários do restaurante estão preocupados em oferecer as promoções e não trazem o que foi solicitado. A academia não funciona no horário estipulado. A piscina estava suja e as jacuzis sempre em manutenção. No geral, hotel está bem cuidado, limpo e confortável.
