We offer a bright, modern furnished apartment with a fantastic mountain view from Alpspitze to Zugspitze. It is absolutely quiet and very central. Swimming pool, children's playground, spa gardens and Zugspitz train station in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has 90 square meters, is very spacious and has wooden and stone floors in all rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and are suitable for allergy sufferers. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room there is a nice dining area, an inviting large couch for several people and a flat screen TV. WiFi is available in the apartment. The south-southwest balcony offers plenty of space and an impressive view of the mountains. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the second with a shower. Shower and bath towels and bed linen are of course available.

Ein wundervoller Blick auf die Zugspitze

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig und gut zentral gelegen. Zum BĂ€cker mit 10 Minuten Fußweg. Mit der Tiroler GĂ€stekarte kann man von Grainau mit der Zugspitzbahn hoch zum Eibsee und von dort mit der Seilbahn zum Gipfel. Wir waren begeistert von der guten Anbindung und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man von der Ferienwohnung zu Fuß erreichen.GĂ€stekarte kann man bis zum Zugspitzeplatt fahren, von der zugspi

Einfach toll

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft angekommen, waren wir baff. Der Ausblick ist einfach gigantisch und die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fĂŒhlt sich einfach wohl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung in Grainau

Super schöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und tip top saubere Wohnung! Die Fotos halten, was sie versprechen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt! Frau LeismĂŒller ist eine sehr sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ruhige Lage, dennoch ist die Zugspitzbahn, die nach Garmisch sowie an den Eibsee fĂ€hrt, in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenso der BĂ€cker, ein Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants, Eisdiele etc. (Edeka, Aldi etc. sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar). Frei- und Hallenbad liegen 2 Gehminuten entfernt. DarĂŒber hinaus bietet die Umgebung ganz viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Fazit: Perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem gut erreichbar, fusslĂ€ufig u.a. zum Bahnhof, BĂ€cker und Schwimmbad. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, top sauber und ansprechend. Sehr schöne, ruhige und gerÀumige Ferienwohnung mit Bergblick

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und hat einen abtrennbaren Zimmerbereich mit Bad fĂŒr die Kinder. Der Balkon lĂ€d zum verweilen mit einem phantastsichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhigen Grainau, abseits des Touristenrummels von Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Schwimmbad (mit Sauna) und Touri-Inf sind direkt gegenĂŒber, der Bahnhof mit der Zahnradbahn zum Eibsee und Zugspitze liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spontan und wunderbar

Unser Roadtrips durch Deutschland hatte uns auch ins Zugspitzgebiet gefĂŒhrt. Sehr spontan haben wir am Abend gleich fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Tag gebucht und alles hat trotzdem perfekt geklappt. Sehr gute, klare und nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Parkplatz direkt auf dem GrundstĂŒck und Check-In klappte reibungslos mit Hilfe der SchlĂŒsselbox. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, unsere GĂ€stekarten lagen bereit und sogar eine Flasche Wein zur BegrĂŒĂŸung stand bereit. Der Einrichtungsstil ist klar und aufgerĂ€umt, trotzdem fehlt es an nichts und es wird mit wenigen, gezielt eingesetzten Dekoelementen eine gemĂŒtliche AtmosphĂ€re gezaubert. Über die schönen FrĂŒhstĂŒckstassen haben wir uns jeden Morgen neu gefreut und fĂŒr kĂŒhlere Abende gab es sogar Kuscheldecken. Man fĂŒhlt sich willkommen und als Gast wergeschĂ€tzt. Der große Balkon bietet sowohl zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck als auch zum Nachmittagskaffee ein sonniges PlĂ€tzchen, immer mit herrlichem Bergblick. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, man hört nur die Kastanien vom Baum plumpsen. Generell liegt Grainau aber wirklich mittendrin von allem, mit dem Auto ist man ganz rasch an allen interessanten Orten, Seilbahnen und Wanderpunkten und es gibt sooo viel zu sehen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Brake auf unserer Reise durch Deutschland und wenn es uns noch einmal in die Zugspitzregion verschlĂ€gt (definitiv eine Reise wert), dann wĂŒrden wir in dieser Wohnung sehr gerne wieder einchecken! Noch einen lieben Gruß an unsere Gastgeberin, wir haben den spontanen netten Plausch an unserem letzten Abend sehr genossen.
