The property is rundown. The room that we stayed in had a worn out couch and ottoman. There was a musty odor in the entire hotel. It did not look like the pictures.

The breakfast can use some help. The eggs were like eating cardboard. We chose to not take advantage of the continental breakfast. Wasn’t worth it. We also had a cockroach in our room which I wasn’t happy about. We told the staff but not sure what they will do with that information.

Not nearly as bad as all the reviews - but could be better. Bathroom was clean, very quiet room, very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. TV worked fine, once you hit the "Free TV" button. Safety bolt lock on door would not close properly, water pressure in shower could be better.

Only For One Night

The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate. It's clean, yet there are some upgrades that are needed. I stayed in the king suite. Furniture in this particular room was very worn and outdated. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet for it to flush properly. The entrance into the hotel didn't always work. There were times when you literally had to take your hands to prior open the door just a little to get it started. On this particular day, the free breakfast was what looked like possibly chipped beef and eggs that looked undesirable to say the least. I personally recommend only 1 night stay, but the choice is yours. I checked in close to 9pm. The young lady was very courteous and pleasant. Also, the young lady that checked us out was also very courteous and pleasant.

The hotel has been renovated but it still is an old building where you hear the doors closing and plumbing use from surrounding rooms. The breakfast bar is not for health conscious people. Eggs are like rubber choices are very limited. Google showed a pool and spa but they are not available.

It was good but short. Had a hard time sleeping due to I sleep in a recliner at home cause I have sleep apnea. A little upset cause for the last four or so years the pool and hot tub have been down. I feel you would have a better turn out if they were working cause I was talking to another gentleman who stayed there at the same time we did.

Worst experience & stay

Upon checking in the lobby it seemed ok , once I was handed my key card. I took the elevator upstairs to my room. Elevator is old and dirty. The hallway smelled like mildew and something very bad when I opened the room door it smelled the same way. I was very surprised at what I was looking at the bathroom was to say OK still dirty the sofa bed that they have in the room look like it was broken down and it looked like it had blood stains on the armrest the curtains were stained yellow, like if they hadn’t been washed since they first opened that hotel. The window was very stained and very dirty. The covers on the beds, were stained yellow. Also the breakfast was just waffles, cereal and some old looking bread to make toast, bagel or biscuit. The orange juice smelled like it had rubbing alcohol in it first sip I took it didn’t even taste like orange juice I threw it out and I then tried the apple juice nope didn’t even taste like apple juice so i just left and checked out I was suppose to check out until Sunday but I checked out Saturday early morning. I couldn’t stay here!

Staff and management is very nice, but property needs a lot of updating. WiFi is terrible with minimal connectivity Breakfast has the usual “ rubber” eggs but as I said the staff is very accommodating. FYI, no indoor pool, but we didn’t need it 😳
