The bed and mattress were uncomfortable. The room was dark and dingy. Bathroom very dark. Position of Dressing table and door was awkward. Was promised a King room but did not get. Booking through Expedia led to overpriced room for this quality.

Was concerned about several reviews about bedbugs and roaches. Addressed this at check-in. The receptionist was understanding, offered to show me the room and cancel my reservation without penalty. The room was fine no bugs. There was a bad review about hard pillows and dirty linens - I had 5 pillows, soft to firm and linens and blankets were clean. When my key did not work, again the receptionist responded promply to resolve. The bathroom was dated and worn, but clean. Carpets were worn and stained, time for replacing, but I have no complaints and no bedbug bites. The surrounding area felt safe. Overall my stay was fine.

We have stayed at this location for a couple of years now and it seems like no monies are being invested back into the property. Our bedsheet had a stain on it consistent of blood and the under shirting of the bed had quite a bit of dust on it and appeared to not have been changed in weeks, maybe? While I don't expect the staff to be cheering for a parade, it seems like they would rather not be there, and that is disappointing when you are coming to the area for an exciting event. While I appreciate the included breakfast, it would be nice to see a little variety if you are staying 2 or more days in a row.

Need some customer service lessons

The hotel itself was fine. Average place with a slightly higher than average price. I was irritated with the service. I wanted to leave a vehicle there for maybe 2-3 hours before check-in. (We had two for our trip). They finally allowed me but I called multiple times for an answer. Did not impress me, and whomever I spoke with on the phone did not seem to care much about customer service. It was enough to make me think “I won’t go there again”.

The whole hotel smelled. The rugs were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Tv was not good. Towels were super thin. Keys did not work well. Only good thing was older lady that was at the desk one time was asking to get keys updated was very nice. Others were rude.

I didn’t order a handicapped room and when I got there that’s all they had I was told no other rooms available which I reserved my room many months ahead this is twice in the last month that I have been treated this way at a comfort inn I will never stay at a choice hotel again and I travel a lot sorry for this but I say the people working at the front desk have no personality for that job room was terrible in both places tubs didn’t drain sinks same room smelled like nasty smells unexpected for the money I pay I will pass this on to my friends and family to never book rooms there at choice hotels

We came back to our room from our day out and there was a key card left in our door- apparently the maid left it there ( in the lock) when she left. .... Also the beds were made but not well. they just pulled up the top sheet and spread and then, didn't straighten out the mattress sheet.... the hotel was clean and we appreciate that!
