Charming Home with Country Views

Take the time to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life at the Grafton Country Home. Surrounded by wooded pasture and farm ground you are sure to relax and enjoy nature. Bring the family and kids and enjoy all this guest house has to offer. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a kitchen with all the necessities for those home cooked meals. Watch the sunrise from the front porch and marvel at the sunset while having dinner on the back porch. There is a pond for fishing, bon fire pit and BBQ grill. There is also a desk and chair in the den/office if you need to work remote. (Please note: the property can only sleep six (6) people. Maximum guests of 8 people allowed for an extra fee of $10 per person per night over the 6 guests). NO PETS ALLOWED effective January 2024.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a desk and a microwave.
