Wonderful large community pool with a kiddie splash pad, fire pits, BBQ area, and lounge chairs. Boat ramp right outside the door as well as boat docking on the shore. Community store with everything you might need. There is also a fish cleaning station. 7.5 miles from Rocker B. Ranch. Close to Hemmingways, Boondocks, and PK Sports Bar and Grill. Our family had a wonderful four-day stay during our Rocker B baseball tournament! The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and in a quiet area with gorgeous lake sunsets. The pool was a big hit with our kids, too!Amy was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. She graciously accommodated a late checkout when our game was later in the afternoon, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and can’t wait to come back. Thanks, Amy!

Very clean. Listing is misleading, does not include a lot number. So when you arrive you can’t find it and “ lot number “ indicates trailer home. No TV in master bdrm, couch in living room sinks. Toilet in master bath doesn’t flush well. Keurig coffee maker no lid to water tank , Only one full size towel provided for 2 adults . Early check in was approved but received push back upon arrival.
