This new luxurious lakefront resort-style condo offers spectacular views of the lake and its prestigious harbor. The newly built, family-friendly condo is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Walk out the back door of this first-floor unit to a private patio with direct access to the pool, hot tub, grills, outdoor dining area with TV, & fire pit. While relaxing outside, enjoy views of the sunrise and sunset while watching the boats drift by in the harbor. Patterson PK Marina & Shop is a stone’s throw away offering an opportunity to feed the fish as well as rent boats and jet skis. There’s also an excellent fishing spot right out the front door where bass, catfish, & crappie are abundant! The famous Hells Gate on PK Lake is a short 5-minute boat ride. Also within walking distance are Hemmingway’s Craft House & Pie House - two of the top restaurants with live music, amazing outdoor patios, and perfect lakeside views. For outdoor enthusiasts, there's a 1/2 mile hiking and biking trail with stunning views of the lake. You’re also likely to spot deer, geese, & other wildlife around the property.
The condo features luxury amenities. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 8. The master suite boasts beautiful views of the pool & harbor, a 4K smart TV, with an attached master bathroom including a double vanity and an oversized shower. Secondary/bunk room includes (2) queen beds, and (2) twin beds, a smart TV, and arcade machine! The adjacent guest bathroom has a large, 60” soaking tub with a shower. The living room features a 65” 4K smart TV and a pull-out queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including an extra beverage cooler and Margaritaville beverage machine! There is an onsite spa, laundry facility, and state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the lake. Property is secured with gated entry and parking lot.

We are conveniently located 3 minutes from the grocery store, less than 5 minutes from the gas station, and other restaurants. We're also a short 10 mile drive from Rocker B Ranch.

Important information: Harborview Condos are under 24/7 security, monitored via CCTV. No boat or trailer parking is allowed within the gated parking lot. No loud music or parties allowed. No pets allowed. HOA rules and house rules will be provided. Violation of rules may result in removal from property.

We love the location of this Condo!

We made a quick trip to PK to play golf at the Cliffs. This condo is walking distance to Hemmingway's and the best view of the pool and lake. Looks brand new! Look forward to visiting during the summer.
