Spacious 3 bedroom holiday home in Christ Church. A short distance to the beach, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap, and the Sheraton Mall.
A large gated drive with parking for at least 6 cars.
Fully furnished, free WiFi, TV and all bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Located at the end of a quiet residential no through road.

Ground floor:
The first veranda leads to a spacious hallway through double doors, with high ceilings throughout. One bedroom with a queen size bed, air conditioned and ceiling fan. Double built-in wardrobe, one with draws and a mirror and the other for hanging space. Three windows in the room making it nice and bright. 1 bathroom with a bath shower.

Dining room with a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a ceiling fan. Kitchen with a electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge, there is also a ceilign fan in this room too. Utility room with washer and drying lines both inside and outside. Living room with seating for at least 6, TV, two ceiling fans, with access to a second veranda. Second veranda has a table and 6 chairs for outside dining.

First floor:
Generous upstairs hallway. Master bedroom with king size bed, shower en-suite, air conditioning and ceiling fan, double built-in wardrobe (one with draws and mirror, other for hanging), balcony with space to sit out and relax. 1 bedroom with two double beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan, three double built-in wardrobes (two for hanging and one with draws and mirror). Additional bathroom with a large shower.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at Graeme Hall. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, tucked away on a residential street away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. The house was spacious with a nice island breeze running through it. There are some opportunities for improvement, specifically to the kitchen and bathrooms, which could use some TLC. The kitchen was also somewhat limited in terms of cookware and utensils, which made things a little less convenient for meal preparation. A few small updates in these areas would really enhance the guest experience. However, we did enjoy our stay, and I have to say that both the host and property manager were quite responsive and lovely to communicate with.

The goal of my vacation was to relax and beach. Dover beach is (lovely wavy, good for surfing) a good 10 -15 minute walk halfway along quiet roads the other half is the roads are little busier. You can hop in a ZR bus/van at the halfway point also there is a gas station there where you can pick up many supplies. Property met all our needs, it was comfortable and clean in a safe neighborhood. The counter is peeling some, but the weather is a challenge for many materials, just plan accordingly, bring some parchment if you plan to roll dough or use a cutting board available on site.

Felt like I was Home

Honestly, great experience. Very spacious 3-bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, plenty of room in house, internet, TV, appliances. Lovely relaxation areas - two verandahs. No complaints. Lovely neighborhood, near everywhere. Host and Owner were very supportive and communicated very well and timely. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

We could all stay together

Firstly, I'd like to say that we all enjoyed our stay at this property. While we were given directions to the house, it had no address. The directions was also somewhat difficult to follow. It would have been easier just to give the address next door. We would stay here again. Wish there was a nice soft king sized bed. All beds are queens. Mine was hard.

Perfect home for our New Years getaway

My family and I had a great experience staying at this home. The home is perfectly situated in Christ Church, and is close to restaurants, shops, and highways. The well appointed amenities and spacious bedrooms, created a perfect island retreat. The attention to detail in the interior design, and the simplicity of the layout made our stay truly unforgettable. The hosts were accommodating and made us feel at home. The property manager answered every question almost immediately. We can’t wait to return to this hidden gem. Doreen was great to work with.
