The living area is warmly furnished and features a flat screen cable TV, a radio, and a hi-fi system, creating a comfortable space for relaxation. Direct access from the living room leads out to the private patio. The first bedroom is a double room, while the second double bedroom is equipped with a hand-basin. It is important to note that this second double room with washbasin is located outside the apartment itself, accessible via the corridor adjacent to the apartment door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A dining table is also situated within the kitchen area. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.
