Our apartment is part of a renovated house built in 1900. It consists of a single open-plan space with a bedroom, a small dining area, a small kitchen equipped with everything you need to make breakfast and cook simple meals, and a private bathroom.

The Cubia River, which you can see and hear gently flowing from the room, is the centerpiece of the garden. A relaxing getaway, a place to breathe in nature, or a central base for exploring Asturias.

​Este apartamento es una auténtica joya si buscas desconectar y recargar energías. La ubicación es sencillamente idílica, rodeado de vegetación y con el arrullo constante del río de fondo, que crea una atmósfera de paz absoluta desde el primer minuto. El interior está cuidado al detalle. Amplio, luminoso y con una cama extremadamente cómoda que garantiza un descanso reparador. ​Mención especial para Juan, cuya atención marca la diferencia. Su trato es impecable y resuelve cualquier duda o necesidad al instante con una amabilidad de diez. Un lugar de ensueño al que, sin duda, dan ganas de volver.
