Welcome to our villa located in the town of Grâces near Guingamp.
The latter consists on the first floor of a large living room facing South / West opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room
Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
All on a fenced and landscaped plot of 1046m².
An 8m x 4m swimming pool heated to 29 degrees from May to September.
Ideally located, 5 minutes from Guingamp downtown and 25 minutes from the beaches.
July and August: weekly rental (7 nights minimum)
