Welcome to the charming "Auszeit" vacation home on Lake Chiemsee in the picturesque Chiemgau region!
Here you’ll find a place of relaxation and well-being, surrounded by the impressive natural beauty of this unique region.Immerse yourself in the beauty of Lake Chiemsee, where you’ll find plenty of recreational activities such as swimming, sailing, and biking. In the summer, explore the idyllic hiking trails in the area, or hit the slopes or cross-country trails in the winter.
This lovingly furnished vacation home promises a wonderful getaway! With 4 cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living area, your comfort is well taken care of. From the terrace, you can watch your children play in the garden and round out the day with a barbecue. Should the weather happen to be bad, you can relax in the infrared sauna or make yourself comfortable in one of the reading nooks. Of course, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are also available.

The vacation home is located very close to the town center. Supermarkets, the post office, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a bank are all within 200 meters. There’s also a pizzeria and coffee shops within walking distance.
The small, very idyllic Tüttensee lake, with its own beach, is 2.5 km away.
The nearest beach on Lake Chiemsee, in Chieming, is 5.7 km away. There are also very scenic bike paths leading there.
The charming city of Salzburg is 45 km away; Munich is 80 km away.
The nearest somewhat larger ski resort is Steinplatte/Winklmoos, 20 km away.
Numerous hiking parking lots are also within 10–20 km. From there, after just a 45-minute to 1.5-hour hike, rustic alpine huts invite you to linger and enjoy the view.
The nearest mountain railway leads up to the Hochfelln. The valley station is 8 km away.
Since February 2025, I’ve been renting out this charming vacation home, which I’ve furnished with a lot of love and care.
