Strandwiese 3 Vacation Apartment

Enjoy your vacation at the beautiful Strandwiese resort. Just 500 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room ground-floor apartment offers approximately 50 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing terrace. The apartment is designed to be very family-friendly and can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.40 x 2 m sofa bed provide enough space for 4 people. Conveniently located right in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. A bike rental shop is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment comes with a free parking space. A washing machine is also available in this apartment, and free Wi-Fi is provided.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens are 20.00 per person, towels are 10.00 per person, or you can choose a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utility charges.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for replenishing these items yourself during your stay.

• Bedroom: Double bed with two single mattresses (90x200 cm), closet, nightstands + lamps, space for a travel crib

• Hallway: Coat rack, shoe cabinet, mirror

• Children’s equipment: Travel crib, high chair, children’s cutlery and dishes, outlets with raised child safety covers

• Storage room: Vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, clothes rack, seat cushions for patio furniture, etc.

• Bathroom: with window, shower, sink, toilet, mirror cabinet, towel rack, closet, washing machine, hair dryer, step stool for children

• Terrace: south-facing with enclosed garden area, large table, 4 chairs with seat cushions, umbrella

• Outdoor storage room: provides space for bicycles or similar items

• Parking space: Free of charge directly in the large parking lot in front of Building No. 3

• Additional note: Fixed exterior roller shutters are installed on all windows. Fly screens in the bedroom and bathroom
