The Sonnendeck Apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the wide sandy beach,
right next to the Küstenwald Nature Reserve.

The one-room apartment in the attic measures approximately 45 m², divided into a living and
sleeping area with an open kitchen and dining nook. It also features a contemporary bathroom with a shower tray
and a toilet.

The absolute highlight of the apartment is the approximately 10 m² furnished rooftop terrace with
a south-facing orientation. Here you can enjoy plenty of undisturbed sunshine well into the evening hours—in a quiet location
at the rear of the building.

The modern kitchen features two induction cooktops, a microwave with convection and grill functions, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Amenities also include
a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker.

In addition to a comfortable bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the Sonnendeck offers a spacious
closet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, PlayStation 3, a radio with CD & Bluetooth/NFC, a washing machine,
a hair dryer, an elevator (up to the 2nd floor), and many other amenities that make your vacation exactly what
it should be: pure relaxation.

Included in the rental price are two bicycles (no legal entitlement; use at your own risk) and a
