• Plug the Google Home Mini into an outlet, and you’re ready to go.

• The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and
modern kettle. There are also plenty of glasses and dishes available.

• The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink, as well as ample counter space.
• The apartment has a furnished terrace (southeast-facing).
• The living areas are heated exclusively by underfloor heating.
• Please note that the towel warmer in the bathroom does not heat up to more than 20
degrees due to the outdoor temperature sensor.
• Blackout options include pleated blinds in the bedroom or roller shades throughout the apartment
