Just 350 meters from the beach lies this cozy and modernly furnished 3-room penthouse apartment with approximately 57 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. The very bright and inviting apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms provide space for 4 people. Conveniently located in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 35). Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

Included:
Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for arranging additional supplies during your stay.

Fixed roller shutters are installed in the living room, except for the skylight.
Rentals during peak season are available only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
