Just 350 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor, with approximately 48 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. The very bright and inviting apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.30 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide sleeping space for 3 people. Conveniently located in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 27). Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bedding for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utility costs.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you’ll need to arrange for additional supplies during your stay on your own.

• Storage room: vacuum cleaner with bag, broom, bucket, etc. (Private, locked laundry cabinet)

• Bathroom: with window, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, mirror cabinet with storage space, cabinets

• Balcony: south-facing, table, 4 chairs, umbrella

• Outdoor storage room: provides space for bicycles or similar items

• Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, iron, ironing board. All windows are equipped with fixed roller shutters. Complete blackout is possible.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
