Gut gelegen diese Wohnung

Gut ausgestattet diese Wohnung mit Parkplatz in super Strandnähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Gaststätten in Hülle und Fülle Nahe der seebrücke. Fenster und Balkon könnten mal wieder gesäubert werden. Empfehlenswert

Einfach klasse - klare Empfehlung

Die in der 1. Etage des gepflegten Hauses in einer kleinen, überschaubaren Anlagen gelegene Ferienwohnung ist ein toller Geheimtipp in Graal-Müritz: Kurze Wege zum Strand und zur Seebrücke, direkt am Waldrand gelegen und dennoch in fußläufiger Entfernung zu mehreren Geschäften und Supermärkten. Die Ausstattung ist mit einem vernünftigen Doppelbett und einer auch für zwei Personen ausreichend großen Schlafcouch für zwei Personen perfekt, für 4 Personen auch noch ok. Die Küche bietet alles, was man im Normalfall so braucht (Kühl-Gefrierkombi, 4-Platten-Ceranherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle Spülmaschine und ausreichend Tellern, Töpfen und Besteck, einem Toaster und einer Kaffeemaschine. Auch die Waschmaschine im Bad und der Wäscheständer können zwischendurch gut weiterhelfen. TV und Musikanlage sowie ausreichend viele und sinnvoll platzierte Steckdosen (Ladegeräte...) und vernünftiger Mobilempfang (3G) komplettieren das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket... Für aktive Besucher ist der zur Wohnung gehörige Schuppen auf dem Parkplatz (der nummerierte Parkplatz Nr. 4 gehört zur Wohnung) genial, bietet er doch ausreichend Platz für 4 Fahrräder, Surfbretter oder sonstiges sperrige Equipment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei späteren Aufenthalten in Graal-Müritz diese Wohnung bevorzugen.
