The apartment 4 seagull is located on the annex of our house, in the 2nd Upstairs. You reach the apartment Möwe via a separate external staircase. The furniture is maritime, modern, cozy and invites you to relax. The kitchen is a komfrotable, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher. In the bathroom, you can end the day with a pleasant warm bath and view from the small, round window into the green. Through a winter garden, you have a magnificent view of the surrounding land, gardens and trees. Already at breakfast you can enjoy the sun there. A generously designed terrace invites you to linger. For our little guests is in the apartment a travel cot and a highchair available. (Bed linen and towels can be borrowed for a fee) We look forward to your visit.
Our house birchavenue was built in 1996 and enlarged in of 2003. It is in a central location near the forest, 8 min. Walk to the pier / beach. Shopping, restaurants / cafe's and public transport (bus / train) can be reached in 3 to 5 minutes. Our house birchavenue is particularly family-and child-friendly. A barbecue and playground beside a forest is always available. Furthermore, we offer free of charge cots and highchairs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available in the house and can be used for a fee. Your four-legged friends (pets) are welcome guests. Our small spa with sauna, solarium and billiards allows you to active recreation. Our comfortable apartments are furnished with light furniture. They have 1 or 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower / bathtub and a spacious living and dining area, with satellite TV, radio and balcony (except FeWo3).
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Mooi verblijf gehad in Birkenallee 16 Möwe
Schöne Wohnung mit allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten. Lediglich das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Die Matratze ist viel zu dünn und steht auf einem kaputten Lattenrost. Die Seitenbretter des Bettes sind fünf Zentimeter höher als die Matratze, so dass es beim Umdrehen im Schlaf zu Verletzungen des Rückens und der Gliedmaßen durch Anstoßen an den Seitenbrettern kommt. Bitte Bett austauschen!

Gerne wieder
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war vor der Reise bei Fragen immer gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Zur Ferienwohnung geht eine Treppe die beim Gepäck tragen vielleicht etwas schmal ist, aber das macht man ja nur 2mal im Urlaub, von daher überhaupt nicht schlimm. In der Küche findet man alles was man brauch. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein großer Balkon, der zwar zur Hauptstraße ragt, was man ja aber schon vorher wusste und unseren Hund hat es zum gucken gefreut 😅
Bei Sonne erwärmt sich die Fewo sehr stark was wir nicht schlimm fanden da wir in der Zeit eh unterwegs waren, trotzdem wäre hier eine Klimaanlage vielleicht eine sinnvolle Investition. Immerhin steht hierfür ein Lüfter bereit um beim Wiederkommen ordentlich Durchzug zu bekommen.
Einzige Negativpunkte für uns waren, das die Matratze vom Bett sehr hart ist (ist aber Geschmackssache) und das man in der Badewanne durch die Dachschräge nicht stehen kann zum Duschen, außer man ist 1,50m groß.
Ansonsten kann man sich über nichts beklagen und wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Nicht barrierefrei!
Von der ersten Optik ein sehr schönes Objekt.
Aber !!!! Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man von außen eine sehr steile und enge Metalltreppe hinauf, was bereits ohne Gepäck sehr beschwerlich ist.
Bei Sonnenschein und Temperaturen über 20 Grad heizen sich die Räume aufgrund des Wintergartens enorm auf. Hinzu kommt direkte Lage an der Hauptstrasse und ein Blechdach, auf welches Eicheln fallen. Erholsamer Schlaf ist nicht möglich. Bereits ab 07:00 Uhr bellen die Hunde !!!
Positiv: Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder sind vorhanden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren 2tage hier ...Sauberkeit ,Zustand und Lage waren gut.
Leider gab eine Kleinigkeit die uns Missfallen hat.
1. Der hauseigene Hund schlägt (besonders nachts) bei jedem Geräusch an,so das wir dadurch geweckt wurden und lange brauchten um wieder einzuschlafen.
Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden....Vermieterin war nett und freundlich.
