- Living area with a wood-burning stove, heated floors, a sitting and dining area, satellite TV, and a radio, CD player

- In a separate corner of the living area is a built-in kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and egg cooker
- Ample cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans are provided

- Natural-light bathroom with shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and plenty of storage space

- Large, furnished south-facing balcony (covered) with a parasol invites you to relax

- Parking space available in front of the building

- You can darken the bedrooms with curtains

- A washing machine is available for your use

- An ironing board and iron are on-site; a clothes rack, books, games, and a safe are also in the apartment

- Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on.

- Non-smoking apartment

- Pets are not allowed
