- This bright and welcoming 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor. It measures approx. 54 m² and is ideal for 4 people.

- The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the Rhododendron Park are just a few minutes’ walk away. Your vacation home is also centrally located as a starting point for your bike tours.

- A modern living area with a cozy sitting area, satellite TV, radio, and CD player invites you to relax.
The cozy sofa (a full-size sleeper sofa with a slatted frame and mattresses) in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional people in no time at all.

- A separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. There are also plenty of glasses and dishes available.

- The vacation rental has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and a second TV.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two additional guests.
