"i take hotel for 4 days and every ting different to show the pictures my first room level 2 no elevator and bad smiling sugars toalet plastic cover broken sekend day change my room in the night bedbugs My hand was stung.that night day guys chenged my room again give me suite but the suite don't have a safe box water heater or coffee and tea ,glasses 1 day soon i go out and not refund my money now i see my banking account hotel take more $300 dollars But they had already taken the full amount of the room from me.I think it's a big scam there.Nothing like the pictures. The toilet door opens next to the bed.As an American citizen who came to Bursa for vacation,This hotel take me scam badly that it ruined my vacation."

"New, spotless rooms. Clean spa, attentive staff. Really good breakfast. Checkout took a bit long because they had to go check what was consumed at the minibar. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't in a rush."
