An Overall Pleasant No Frills Hotel

Centrally located. Good deal for the price. Manager is friendly and speaks some English. A little confusing when you arrive, it is not a conventional hotel; it is on the 4th floor of a residential building. Overall, quite pleasant.

위치만 좋아요

침대 시트랑 이불 교체를 안하시는지 전에 사용하던 손님 머리카락이너무 많고 창문에 먼지가 너무 많이 쌓여있었어요 전체적으로 청결하지 않았습니다 레지던스인데 재활용 쓰레기도 저희가 직접 내려가서 버려야 해요 그치만 위치도 좋고 주변 편의시설이 많아요

なかなか快適に過ごせました

特に悪い点はありませんでした。 10時くらいに掃除の人が来ましたが、欲しいもの（タオルや水など）を言えばもらえるので、不便はありません。WiFiもばっちりです。場所は少しわかりづらいですが、１階にコンビニもあり、周辺を少し歩けば食べる場所や買い物する場所もたくさんありました。

조건은 좋지만 관리는 나쁨

청소상태도 안좋고 관리도 잘 안되는 것으로 보입니다. 식기들은 설거지가 제대로 안되어있어서 라면찌꺼기 같은게 붙어있는상태였고, 냄비등 조리기구엔 때가 끼어있어 조리를 할 수가 없었습니다. 소파와 가구 위엔 먼지와 과자부스러기 같은것들이 쌓여있고, 화장실엔 곰팡이가 잔뜩 낀 용도를 알 수 없는 줄 같은것이 걸려있었고, 선반등에는 먼지가 소복히 쌓여있었습니다. 침구에는 담배자국과 머리카락이 남아있었고, 쿠션감이 없어 불편했습니다. 입실직후엔 방에서 담배냄새가 진하게 느껴졌는데, 창문을 열어놓고 두세시간 지나고 오니 좀 나아졌습니다. 관리가 되었다면 환기를 미리 시켰을텐데, 이런 관리가 전혀 안되는것 같았습니다. 주차는 편한 편이었고, 프런트의 응대는 괜찮았습니다. 주변이 큰 번화가라 즐길거리나 먹을거리에 대한 고민은 없습니다. 번화가인데 반해 숙소는 조용했고, 건물 출입도 편리했습니다. 전체적으로 조건은 좋은 숙소이지만 워낙에 낡고, 관리가 잘 안된 것 같은 숙소였습니다.

숙소가 오래된 건물이긴하지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 머무는날 저녁에 기온이 낮아 추웠는데 난방이 잘 되지 않은 점이 아쉽습니다.

지낼만한 레지던스

전반적으로 다 준수합니다. 요리도 가능하고 티비도 잘 나오고 침대는 좋진 않지만 무난합니다. 레지던스에서 한 블록 앞이 먹자골목이라 먹을 건 풍부합니다. 다만 제가 묵었던 방이 화장실 문이 안 잠겼는데 다른 방은 어떤지 모르겠습니다.

김포공항에서 가까운 곳이라 지방에서 자주 올라가는 저로서는 최고의 접근성. 오피스텔 4층을 레지던스 호텔로 사용하여 조용하고 아늑함. 딱 오피스텔이라고 생각하면 됌. 주변에 라페스테및 각종 편의시설이 최고. 단지 흠이 있다면 화장실이나 침대 혹은 전원 시설이 좀 노후됨. 방마다 세탁기, 냉장고, 각종 주방기구, 전자렌지 등이 구비돼어 있어 풀옵션 오피스텔이라고 생각됌. 최고의 가성비를보이는 최고의 호텔. 주인님도 매우 친절하십니다

호수공원 근처에 있어 산책하기는 좋으나 객실 상태는 별로임

객실내 창문 커튼이 부실하고 벽지의 노후화가 보인다. 대체적으로 깨끗하지만 가격대비 숙박시설은 상태가 안좋다.
