A good hotel. The rooms are nice, itโ€™s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and itโ€™s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if itโ€™s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in this area.

For a motel style property, it was very nice. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). I will definitely stay here again if I have a trade show at Kintex.
