The stylishly modernized residence features a private pool nestled within the expansive park with its well-maintained trees. Modern marble bathrooms, a high-end kitchen with a cooking island, and designer furniture in a fusion style leave nothing to be desired. Upon entering the villa, a wide hallway leads to the two living rooms, the dining area with a large dining table, and the spacious kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. This level also features 1 large bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional sleeper sofa, a full bathroom with marble finishes, and a guest bathroom.
The upper floor features 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size double beds—one of which includes an additional sleeper sofa—as well as a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed. A high quality property with all the amenities and comfort you would expect including separate aircon in all bedrooms but one. Spacious with inside and outside dining and dazing seatings to fit the weather. Stunning views to both sides across hills and vinyards of roero, langhe and monferrato to set the mood. Excellent and caring communication with both owner and caretaker exemplified by instant reaction when we had a spell of bad weather. The caring evidently extends to the property itself, with pool and aircon tended to during our stay to keep it in prime condition. Restaurant options in good quality are within reasonable walking distance if the designated driver needs a day off. All in all highly recommended for the extended family or a group of friends, where the flexibility of alternately being together and apart is a priority.
