Well appointed, clean, high-end, beautiful brand new waterfront home with a large designer swimming pool that wraps around the house. House sits on almost 200 linear feet of Caribbean frontage in top location close to everything. Beautiful foliage, flowers, fruit and vegetable trees on property. Depending on the time of year, you might find pumpkins, chives, potatoes, 2 types of melons, green peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and hot peppers in our garden.

All high-end finishes including granite, stainless steel, natural cypress finishes, beautiful European tile inside and out, and unparalleled views which include the historic capital of Cupid's Cay. Excellent snorkeling, fishing and cliff jumping right at the waterfront and two outdoor showers.

Some features include a Weber propane barbeque, propane stove, Wii for kids (and adults!) 3 kayaks, a SUP, beachware including floats, beach chairs and much more!

A private work area with a desk and office chair and high speed internet/WIFI make it ideal for a Flex-cation for anyone that needs to work remotely from the island.

Home has city water with backup reserve tank for when the water plant cuts off water (happens often). Also a generator for any longer power outages which is another frequent occurrence on the island.

You will be hard pressed to find a better located home with so many amenities on the island. The Friday night Fish fry, 1648 restaurant and French Leaves marina, Sky Beach club, all top restaurants, and some of the islands best beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island just minutes away. Home is located on a private cul-de-sac on the Caribbean in "Lover's Hill" a peaceful authentic Bahamian neighborhood. Waterfront has many beautiful coral reefs for snorkeling (2 snorkeling sets are provided), great fishing and easy cliff jumping (at your own risk).
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

This house was awesome! Stayed for 2 weeks. It was nice to have the generator in case the power goes out on the island - which it did for a day. The view is amazing. The snorkeling off the house is great. We used the kayaks. The only warning is that the ladder to enter the water can be challenging to navigate. We would stay here again.

I can't say enough about this property. The location was perfect. Right on the water with amazing ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Short drive to Governor's Harbor with great restaurants. The fish fry on Friday's is a must to get the local experience. We fished from the property and caught some small, but unique species. We swam, snorkelled, kayaked. Water was a bit cool, but still amazing. We chartered a fishing trip with Jeremy Lewis who put us on fish even though the conditions weren't the best. Eleuthera exceeded expectations! Deborah and Romell where very responsive and helpful during the whole process. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Cupid’s Way! We loved the privacy of the property, the stunning views, and being able to jump right into the Caribbean just steps from the back door. The backup generator worked perfectly during the one evening when power was out for a few hours. Deborah, the host, and Romell, the caretaker, were both very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Cupid's Cay was an incredibly beautiful home and made our family vacation one of the best ever. The home was comfortable, provided everything we needed, and the views are unbeatable. Watching the sunset from your private deck, snorkeling with turtles in your private back yard ocean and starting each day by cliff jumping into the ocean are just a few of the highlights. The kayaks provided hours of fun as we could kayak all along the coast with a unique view of the caves and underwater scenery. The house is close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores and more beautiful beaches than we had time to explore.I would highly recommend this home and I know we will be back!!!

Property was a perfect home base for our week in Eleuthera! Spacious for our family of 4 and felt very private. Central location close to GH and convenient to restaurants, beaches and retail. Beautiful and serene setting

We really enjoyed our stay at Cupid’s Cay. The setting and privacy are really what set this home apart. It’s on a very quiet lot at the end of a road (very bumpy though), right on the Caribbean. The snorkeling and kayaking in front of the house were a huge perk for all of us to enjoy, making us not even need to leave the house for activities. The house is close to plenty of beautiful beaches and a short distance to Governor’s harbour for restaurants and groceries.
