Quiet, soundproofed apartment with secure parking, private garden, and views of a stud farm on the edge of the Lamorlaye golf course. A haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the region and its family activities. The apartment is furnished for living, with dishes, cookware and appliances for cooking, wine glasses, board games, deck chairs for the summer, etc. A smart lock will allow you to arrive independently at the accommodation. ♥The open-plan kitchen/living room is convivial thanks to its bar which serves as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, decanter, various small appliances (toaster, juicer, electric mixer) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, etc.). A small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The entrance also has a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a rain curtain, washing machine, and toilet. I provide towels, sheets (beds are made upon your arrival), shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and iron. Ironing board, board games, books, etc… The apartment is relaxing, quiet, and completely soundproof; you won't hear the neighbors! You'll feel right at home! ⚠️ Quiet in the garden is mandatory. 🧹 A cleaning fee of €35 is charged for each stay. However, tenants must leave the apartment tidy: dishes washed and put away, trash taken out, and bed linen removed. ⚠️ An additional charge may be applied if these instructions are not followed.
