In the heart of the Combrailles at 700 meters altitude, this charming stone cottage is located between Saint-Gervais-d'Auvergne and Pionsat, in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by greenery. You will enjoy a private garden with large windows opening onto the orchard. The house features an entrance, a washroom, a kitchenette, a living room, and a mezzanine with a double bed (1.40 m) and central gas heating. The private terrace is furnished with outdoor seating.



The cottage opens onto an orchard bordered by thuja hedges and flowers, enclosed by fencing. One pet is welcome.
