As a senior traveler every time I book accommodation asking for ground floor access I end up climbing up stairs. With a walking stick plus luggage it upsets me that a simple request that is ignored has a negative impact on my ability to travel.

The room itself was clean, warm & comfortable with plenty of parking & easy access coming off the Hume Highway. However it does require a revamp, especially in the bathroom which feels dated (decor reminiscent of late-80s/early-90s). Curtains looked faded & worn & needed replacing.
