The hotel has a nice, large hotel with a big restaurant/bar area. The hotel is well located - I arrived and left Gothenburg by train, and the main train station is located right across the street from the hotel. The facilities are nice, though the bathroom showers need updating. I had a problem with very loud, arguing neighbors - but I have to say - when I brought my concern to the staff front desk - they took the problem, like right now. Overall, good location, good service - I had a pleasant stay.

Staff very accomodating and even gave us a small upgrade to our room. Did indicate the breakfast buffet was included which was the only real let down as they stated when we attended that it wasn’t, however that was still fantastic and worth the money. Room clean and tidy, everything required was there. Would stay again!

First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent.
