Hotel is new, rooms are of good size for a family of 4. Breakfast is good but it seems that staff doesn't keep the flow of the guests, you have to wait and or even ask to getba clean table. From time to time food is not replenished at the Speed It should be. You have to tell them the day before before 22:00 you want your room cleaned, we were never told that during check-in although it wouldn't have helped since we checked in at midnight. It is a great value and if your going to Liseberg or World of Volvo it's right in the spot.

This hotel is located perfectly if you're interested in visiting Liseberg, Universeum, Scandinavium or other nearby vicinitys. Gothenburg is a farliy small city so it was also walking distance to the restaurant and shopping district as well. Our stay was during July so it was cramped during breakfast even though we tried eating at different times. Pros: - Gym - Positive and helpful personnel - The room and beds - The breakfast offerings Cons: - The 'chaotic' atmosphere during breakfast, its a family hotel and we were there during the summer holiday so it was (of course) packed with guests. - One elevator out of order during our stay so some waiting was needed (stayed at the 11th floor, a bit to high up to walk up) - No parking available, we had to pay approx 600SEK/24h in a nearby parking garage

The bunk beds were so small & we are small and short. Daughter was uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room was so small & thight for a family of 4. No closet to hand your clothes or dresser. Not very comfortable leaving clothes in luggage for 3 days. Food was good & breakfast area was nice & clean. Areas in the hotel were dirty and not vacuumed. View from our hotel was nice. Could use a jacuzzi and sauna. We ordered a bottle of wine at the bar & it was $85 so expensive when this type of wine actually cost the most 30$ at the store, very disappointed. The bartender was nice. The parking sucks. So far away and very expensive, I believe it was 50$ à nights. They should say that on the description of the hotel. I emailed them asking about the parking and they took so long to respond. If I knew it would be that expensive I would of cancel my stay. The good thing it was close to transportation & walking distance to some restaurants. I would would not stay here again do to parking and room to small for family.

Beliggenheten er perfekt dersom du skal på Liseberg. Hotellet er nytt og har akkurat det du trenger og rommene er passe små og praktiske. Rommet var rent og pent. Personalet var høflig og profesjonell. Frokosten var en standard buffé med det du måtte ønske. Så kommer de mindre bra tingene. Jeg er i utgangspunktet ikke særlig vanskelig så lenge alt fungerer. Vi bodde på hotellet i to dager. Allerede første kvelden oppdaget vi at sluket på badet var tett. Vi måtte dusje svært forsiktig, da vi ikke ønsket å lage oversvømmelse. Vi meldte i fra til resepsjonen og respons var at de skulle prøve å fikse det i morgen hvis de fikk tid. Her tenker jeg at det ikke burde være om, men når. Det skal være mulig å løse på 48 h. Det ble ikke fikset under vårt opphold. Siden kommer vi til at det er rart å bygge tre små heiser til 15 etg. Heldigvis bodde vi i 2 etg, så vi brukte trappene i stedet for, men det er ikke nok heiser i forhold til mennesker. Det var alltid fullt og kø. Trappoppgangen ble ikke vasket i løpet av de to dagene vi var der. Det var klissete og fullt av støv. Frokosten var mer eller mindre kaos hver dag. Andre dagen var personellet litt raskere med rydding og påfyll, men også her virker det som det ikke er nok ansatte. Helhetsbildet er at driften av hotellet må bli bedre.

Nytt och fräscht hotell med bra läge. Tyvärr lite lyhört och hörde hissen in i rummet hela tiden när den körde, väldigt irriterande speciellt på morgonen när man ville ta sovmorgon. Kaos på frukosten och massa grejer som var slut / inte påfyllda, så där finns stor förbättringspotential.

Rent og pent hotellrom. Parkeringshus med muligheter for lading rett i nærheten. Gode madrasser også i køyeseng til barna. Frokosten trekker dessverre kraftig ned. Tomt for bacon. Tok 34 minutter før det kom påfyll. Tomt for kokte egg, kom aldri påfyll. Bordene ble ikke skikkelig vasket.

Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til Liseberg. Trikken rett ved så bare hoppe på inn til Norstan/sentrum. Hotellet preges av for mange gjester og for dårlig rengjorte fellesområder. Gulv og trapper er med støv og møkkete. Resepsjonen underbemannet så oppstår ventetid og køer. Frokosten er lunken /kald samt vanskelig finne bord om man kommer senere. Lobbyen og hotellet er fint, men preges av for mange gjester og for få ansatte til å få dette til å fungere godt. Hotellet hadde fungert som «boutiqe-hotell» med færre gjester og en rolig atmosfære. Man kan ikke spare penger på ansatte når det «koker» i høysesong.

Fint rum med stor bekväm säng. Hördes inget alls från utsidan. Bra isolerat! Mycket vänlig personal i receptionen både vid in och utcheckning . Bra vid frukosten att man verkligen kunde sprida ut sig på olika utrymmen, blev inte så trångt . Hade kanske önskat lite mer valmöjligheter vid mejeriprodukterna. Läget är ju mycket bra på hotellet. Nära till kollektivtrafik och såklart till Liseberg.
