Room was small, old, dirty and unpleasant. When it's warm outside, it's a nightmare. No air conditioning, not even a fan. And since it's downtown in a noisy part of the city, you can't have the window open. Lot of noise and cigarette smoke from the bar in the basement/right outside. The breakfast and the breakfast-area was as unpleasant as the rest. You're really not tempted to eat here. And remember, no free parking, so add to price... Never ever again!

Frukosten är en viktig del av vistelsen och att det inte denna eller förra vistelsen fanns färskt bröd gjorde iaf för mig att dagarna startade mindre gott. Det är ju bra pris på hotellet men just bra bröd är nog ingen större ökad kostnad för hotellet. I övrigt en bra frukost.

*Mycket bra läge med nära till allt från Scandinavium och Liseberg till livsmedelsbutik, pubar, restauranger *Trevlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle få en bra upplevelse av hotellet Mindre bra - det var inte så tillgänglighetsanpassat i frukostlokalen/puben då det var trångt, vilket inte hade fungerat tidigare då jag satt i rullstol.
