The desk is unstaffed, and there are only a few custodial staff available throughout the day. The refrigerator and freezer in our room didn't work, there was no dish soap to use for the few things in the kitchen. Thank goodness the place wasn't expensive. Really the only redeeming factor, other than great location.

Overall good value for the price.

Reception was friendly, check-in was fast and easy. The hotel is self-service for the most part, which makes it very easy to come in, go out and check-out. The rooms were basic, but clean and nice. The pillows are not good, bring your own if you’re picky about that. The breakfast lady was very grumpy and rude to many of the guests. Avoid asking questions there. Location is great. Remember to pay for parking, there is no free hotel parking.

Terrible experience. No curtains in the room on the ground floor, keys didn't work properly, reception only availible by telephone. Go somewhere else if you want a nice hotel. No response on complaint, realy bad service.
