Good location. It is right opposite Heden Station. We took the short walk (about 1 km) from Central Station. Note that there is a short flight of steps to enter the hotel if you have heavy luggage’s like us. Staff were friendly, with cosy and clean room. Breakfast is basic but definitely a big plus for us. Overall, a great stay.

Helpful and welcoming staff. The room was okay - but dirty various places. The hotel breakfast - on hotels.com it says “large breakfast” - is was not large - it was rather extra small. Very disappointing, because we choose the hotel based on the text on hotels.com.

Good location, comfy bed. The area is fairly noisy, and there is no AC, so keep that in mind in the summer. Rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

We got a corner room with view towards the main road and stadium. A little bit loud if opened windows due to cars outside but if closed windows it wasn't noticeable. Spacious room, good hot water and pressure. Tap water delicious to drink. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffét was okay with the minimum requirements but nothing fancy. Restaurant staff members were slow to refill food. Especially the only one loaf of bread and one bacon bucket during our stay. We had to wait around 15-20 minutes and it was not packed of people at around 7-8 am those saturday and sunday morning. Besides that the hotel location is very good with bus stop just outside and walking distance to the beautiful garden Trädgårdsföreningen.

This hotel has the best location and didn’t break my bank. Everything we planned was at walking distance. Grocery store even close by. There is also a small botanical garden so close to the hotel with a nice trails, beautiful views, playground, trees to climb (my 7 years old son really loved it). Restaurants with in 20 minutes walk so is a train station. This hotel also serves a breakfast with a healthy options such as overnight oats, smoothie, fruits, yogurt. And my husband loved his bacon, eggs, bread and much more food and drinks option, just amazing. Loved this place. We’ll be back again someday!

Högt pris för ett ”avarage” boende. Finns ingen AC av något slag på rummet så är du här en varm dag blir det väldigt kvavt på rummet. Personalen är trevlig, frukosten är helt okej. Läget i Göteborg är bra och du är ”nästan” 10 minuter ifrån allt i olika riktningar vilket är positivt. Ej fri parkering utan extra kostnad per natt.
