Unpleasant lack of support from the Front Desk during checkout. I specifically asked where is the airport shuttle station. I was provided some general indications (‘just take a right’) and was not provided with any support on how can I buy the online tickets (Swedish web site). It took another 30 min outside at -10C to get support from some polite Swedish individuals on how to get the above.information.

The room was too cold, and there was no effective way to regulate the temperature. The wall-mounted thermostat only adjusted the ventilation airflow, meaning the choice was essentially between no fresh air or a cold room. When contacting the reception/service desk regarding this, I was placed on hold for 2–3 minutes each time. The call was then answered and immediately disconnected. This happened three times in a row, after which I gave up trying to get through. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. While the hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, the service level is lacking, which unfortunately detracts from an otherwise good experience.

Vi havde morgenmad på 25 etage, hvor man er meget privat og ikke så mange gæster. Man bestiller alle de varme retter hos personalet. Det er mere eksklusivt mad man får. Resten er buffeten er mere begrænset, men med lækkert udvalg. Kunne dog godt ønske et større udvalg af brød og pålæg og oste samt frugt og grønt.
