One critique is the pool and Jacuzzi are only available if you pay daily spa fee of approx $49 USD or 500 swedish krone. Elevators are great , staff super helpful and kind. Hotel is centrally located to everything . Second time staying here

Initial room was very small so we upgraded to a larger room with was very sufficient. In town for the Gothia Cup soccer tournament, so location offered easy access to public transit. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. I would stay again. Very pleased overall.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding — every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality dishes. Overall, Gothia Towers delivers an experience that makes you look forward to returning. Overall impression Gothia Towers offers a complete and memorable experience. The combination of location, comfort, service, and quality sets this hotel apart. We will definitely return to the same hotel the next time we visit Gothenburg.

Hotel lovely, breakfast very nice. All good except for small rooms. No wardrobe in room only coat hangers on hooks on wall and no set of drawers. We only stayed 4 nights which was fine but anymore you could do with wardrobe/drawers.

We had a great stay at this modern, upscale hotel. Our room was large and nicely decorated and had large windows overlooking Gothenburg from the 21st floor. The rate included spa access and daily breakfast. The spa is very good, and we took advantage of the sauna, pool and other amenities. Location is across the street from Liseberg, a large amusement park, but a bit further away from the other major tourist attractions. However, Gothenburg is not a huge city, and we were able to walk and scooter everywhere in under 40 mins. We really enjoyed our stay at the Upper House and would highly recommend it to others looking for an upscale stay.

Sife of the bed was all stained, not a very comfy nights sleep, in fact every morning I woke up in pain which is not usual for me. The maid tried to enter the room well before the time alloted to be out of the room.

Ett helt okej hotell. Bra läge, fräscht, nära till allt och vi saknade ingenting. Utsikten är svårslagen om man bor på vån 24 där vi bodde. Det negativa var hissarna, det drog ner hela betyget rätt rejält. Man ska inte behöva vänta 15 minuter på en hiss och när den väl kommer ska man inte behöva åka till varenda våning innan man kommer fram.

Flott hotell med smakfull utforming. Vi var en familie på fire, og hadde rom med dobbelseng og sovesofa. Grei plass på rommet, med lite kjøleskap. Savnet norske kanaler på TV-en(det stod nrk på tv-lista, men fungerte ikke). Badet var av grei størrelse, med god dusj og bra med oppbevaringsplass til toalettsaker. Det var dessverre en intens lukt på badet, særlig om morgenen, som ødela mye for totalopplevelsen av rommet. Vi var der midt i ferien, og det bar både frokost og trafikken i heisen preg av. Men til tross for stor trafikk under frokosten var det godt utvalg. Vi spiste to av tre morgener i en konferansesal, noe som fungerte greit. Hotellet har en suveren beliggenhet om en skal på Liseberg. Mye veiarbeid rundt hotellet gjør at det ikke ser så pent ut rundt der. Vi var her i påsken 2025 også, og håpte de skulle være ferdig nå. Men dette kan selvfølgelig ikke hotellet noe for. Ganske langt å gå til shoppingsenter og andre butikker. Matbutikk med stort utvalg om en går gangbroen over fra hotellet.
