The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit.

Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. Good location and lovely restaurant and bar within hotel. Quite expensive and probably better value in other hotels in area.

The hotel is nice and well located . The staff are very friendly. There was quite alot of construction noise in the area but I understand this is out of the hotels control. The bars downstairs were not always open. We were told we could take a drink from the downstairs bar to our room as it was closing . However when I tried to take a drink from the rooftop bar to our room I was told it was not allowed which was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Gothenburg

Comfy room with good views across Gothenburg, powerful shower. Centrally located for easy access to sights, restaurants and bars. Rooftop bar was also quite vibey for a Saturday night. We did book a spa session as well which was actually pretty busy and so, not super relaxing (and you paid extra for this). The breakfast is good but was also super busy - they try and help this by staggering the times but it seemed like too many people. Only other minor inconvenience was that the Chromecast didn't work.

Forretningsreise. Rommet var dÄrlig belyst, skittent bord, skitne glass pÄ rommet og sluken pÄ badet var tett.. vasken pÄ badet var fancy, men sprutet pÄ oss da den var upraktisk. Veldig fancy sted, men matposjonene var veldig smÄ og lunsj ble servert sÄ sent at man knapt rakk spise fÞr mÞtet startet igjen. Tar man bestilling pÄ 240 pers forventes det at man ogsÄ kan levere. Fisk til mellommÄltid og lunsj var smaklÞs opplevelse.. fantastisk helg, men forventet langt mer av nÄr man betaler neste 6000,- for to pers i to dager.. anbefales dessverre ikke..
