The staff was quite courteous, and very flexible about check in times. I checked in quite late, around 11, and it was no issue. The rooms were quite nice as well, with an interesting theme of the hotel.

Well presented and as per description Need to be aware that the hotel has limited opening days Minimum selection, 3 main courses I think only Mon - Wed , apart from this they do have salads in a refrigerator to buy

Was approached twice from fake whatsapp accounts who wanted me to secure my stay. Chain has had a huge security breach but do not tell guests. Collegue to me was asked to pay room again even though she paid at booking. Wasn't refunded before she showed proof. I found something looking like a turd under my bed. Staff reacted promptly though and changed my room. Convenient to the arena, but obviously not a place to stay again.
