Hotel was beautiful in a very central location. I was updated to a better room when I checked in which was a lovely gesture. Staff were very pleasant and very professional I would have no hesitations staying here again.

Charming hotel, wonderful location

We had a pleasant time in this charming hotel. Excellent service, amazing breakfast, easy parking and a playground for our toddler. The only thing I would complain about is that the hotel has a bar with an outdoor area directly under some rooms. We got one of these rooms, and while the noise was not extreme, you could still hear people talking and smell cigarette smoke. We had our windows wide open (warm summer night) and found it a bit unpleasant. I think the hotel needs to re-think this layout or establish a non-smoking policy. Everything else was top-notch and would definitely return.

The room was smaller than we expected and the welcome in the reception was not welcoming and helpful. Goslar is an old town with small streets and simulator old hotelbuldings and therefore it would be good if the staff had followed us to the room as it was difficult to find. The cleaning was standard. No access to a fridge and no air conditioning.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt, men väldigt svårt att hitta till och anonymt. Även parkeringen var väldigt svår att hitta, men uppskattad när man väl parkerat. Hotellet är hundvänligt och vår lilla vovve var välkommen in i restaurangen och frukostmatsalen❤️ Rummen är charmiga, rena och fina, men vi saknade schampo, balsam, hudlotion och förpackningen med topps var tom. Vi packar inte sådant när vi bilar, utan utgår ifrån att det finns på så pass fina hotell. Frukosten var bra, men i mina ögon dyr.
