Quite the dilemma, this hotel. Whilst the facilities are very good, the attitude of the staff, beginning with check-in are so poor (I would go so far as to say completely bereft of anything resembling customer service) that my work team and friends who regularly visit Goslar will never be staying here again (The Hotel Schiefer will now be receiving our business).

Fint hotel, meget centralt.

Vi stayed 3 nights and we have no cleaning and no switch of Towels. Breakfast was okay, but items weren`t replenished, so those of us who arrived last only got leftovers. There were 3 bad bananas, all 3 days we were staying, no replacement

Meget central beliggenhed i Goslars gamle bykerne.

Godt lille hotel.

Bra centralt hotell i Goslar.
