Our spacious and newly renovated duplex apartment in the historic “Ritter Ramm” building offers you a comfortable and stylish temporary home. The merchant’s house was built in the 16th century, and its thick exterior walls lend the apartment a cozy atmosphere. The first floor features a cozy living room with its own dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The sleeping area and the designer bathroom are located on the upper floor.

The location is ideal for exploring Goslar’s Old Town, as many sights and attractions are within walking distance. During the winter, the beautiful Christmas market is just around the corner. Excursions to the Harz Mountains are also easily accessible from here, offering you the chance to enjoy the picturesque landscapes and fresh air. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of cafés, restaurants, and sights.

Alternatively, you can retreat to the fully equipped kitchen in your vacation rental to prepare your favorite meals yourself or spend a pleasant evening in the cozy living area. For longer stays, the free use of the washing machine allows you to do your laundry.

The apartment includes a free parking space, Wi-Fi, two smart TVs with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, etc., and free use of a washing machine. Consumables such as spices, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc., are provided free of charge. A charging station for electric cars (public) is located only about 100 meters away.


Tourist tax:

The city of Goslar charges a tourist tax of 2.30 euros per guest per night. This amount must be paid in advance via bank transfer and remitted by the host to the city of Goslar. In return, you will receive a guest card that allows you, for example, to use public transportation free of charge and to receive discounts at tourist attractions and selected restaurants upon presentation of the card.
