어떻게 이호텔이 5성급인지모르겠어요. 5성급치곤 저렴한걸 감안하고도 별로였어요. 일단 객실 뷰는 매우좋습니다. 파노라마 뷰 고성바닷가 라서 속이 뻥뚫려요 하지만 객실에 인덕션 씽크대가있는거보고 감성수치하락 했어요. 제일최악은 3시체크인이지만 체크인웨이팅으로 4시넘어서 입실했어요.시스템 개선해야합니다. 적어도 미안한 티라도좀... 그리고 호텔로비 디퓨져 싸구려 향기 1시간반동안 맡아서 울렁거렸어요. 오래기다려서 화도났구요. 아침에 조식웨이팅도있어요. 서비스나 시스템이 전체적으로 제가아는 5성급과는 거리가멀었어요. 매우 부실하다고 느꼈어요. 개선할게많은 호텔같습니다.

프론트 직원분들 친절하심 객실 청결도 좋고 전망이 너무 좋아서 모든 것을 상쇄할 만함. 너무 좋았음. 피트니스도 깨끗하고 수건과 물도 비치되어 있어서 좋았음. 다만 객실에 불필요한 주방기구는 자리만 차지하고 별로었으나 구조적으로 개선이 어려울 것 같음. 연박을 했는데 두번째날 '수건 안필요하세요?' 하면서 벨을 눌러서 놀랐음. 보통의 5성급 호텔에서는 투숙객이 방을 비운 사이에 점검하고 처리해주는데 그런 서비스 정신이 아쉬웠음. 모텔이나 3성급 호텔에서는 충분히 가능하지만 연박을 했는데
