Schrecklicher Altbau

Vollgemülltes,dreckiges Mietshaus mit dem Charm eines Bauarbeiterhotels..Die Umgebung leider nicht schön,eher sozialer Brennpunkt.Die Wohnung selbst im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss war sauber,zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war zufriedenstellend.Die Dusche keider alt,kaputt und nichts für grosse und Leute mit körperlichen Einschränkungungen.Für Leute die etwas älter sind,sind die Treppen zum Dachgeschoss sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut. Für ältere Menschen nicht unbedingt geeignet (Dachgeschoss) Bei längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung angebracht.
