Shower curtain and shower were dirty. Hairdryer was broken. Bed mattress was sunken in from wear. Only one tiny waste basket in bathroom. Walls very thin so heard other people upstairs walking around and in next rooms very loudly. Had to pay extra fee when checked in for amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) but was concerned about cleanliness of facility so didn’t even get to use pool or jacuzzi.

Overall had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The hotel also offers ample parking space, which made coming and going very convenient. While I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, I felt the breakfast could have been a bit more varied. The options were decent, but I was hoping for a wider selection. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. I’d definitely consider staying here again for the overall value and comfort.

This was confusing. Maybe 3 hotels made into one. All old in poor condition. The air conditioner is in the area you use the sink. The blow dryer pulled off the wall while trying to use it.

There was piles of broken furniture and air conditioner all over the property. The outlet in sink and mirror not working. No place to hang clothing. No soap dish or shower caddy to use in shower. Exposed wires and plumbing. Plenty of parking good location. Pool area was great. Staff were friendly.

I didn’t like that I was charged additional money upon checking in for “incidentals“. This wasn’t the customary hold that they do in case there’s a problem. It turned out it was just extra money. They get to keep. In the past the amount I pay when I book on Expedia is the amount I’m charged. I felt like they were up charging me after the fact, and I did not like it.

They are remodeling the rooms, they have a nice little fridge/microwave. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed here many times. Convenient for dining in area. We have stayed here to ride ATV's as well. Trailer parking is good . Bottom rooms can be loud if lots of people above you.
