The site has a Quality Inn and a Rodeway Inn which share the pool, breakfast space and exercise room. We stayed at the Rodeway and it is very basic. It is across the parking lot from the Quality Inn where breakfast was offered in a very small space. The pool was in another building on the other side of the Quality Inn. Our room was obviously recently refurbished but had poor wiring design. For example, the overhead light switch (by the room door) also turned off the bedside lamp and phone charging outlet. Very inconvenient.

Pleasantly surprised by the in room kitchenette. The room was ok, beds were not very comfortable. Pool was chilly but big and fun, hot tub was warm but jets didn't work and looks like it needed a deep cleaning. Workout room closed for updates. Breakfast really needs upgrades, only protein was yogurt, milk and peanut butter packets. Kids want to stay here again next year but I'm on the fence.

I have been to this motel several times before the pandemic. The motel had started to get run down, but is currently under new management who is actively renovating the place. My hotel room was fresh and new, and I had a great stay. There is penty of parking for trucks with ATV trailers. The ATV trails are close by as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping. My only disappointment is that there was an additional $8.50 a night amenities fee when I checked in that was not disclosed on Expedia. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this motel and will be going back myself.

The room I stayed in was good except there was no phone to call the front desk. They put us in a room next to a family that resides there. They were loud and when I walked to the front desk to ask them to call them about this, the front desk informed me I was to handle it alone. I will never stay there again.

Exceptional Customer Service

The woman at the front desk / possibly the owner was very kind & friendly & accommodating. We spoke a lot to the staff the following morning at breakfast.. incredibly helpful, friendly and fun to talk to. The room was pleasant, newly renovated, & clean. There was something yucky on the office chair I had to clean but the rest of the room was definitely tidy. Pool hot tub & sauna we had all to ourselves & it was fabulous!

We arrived late and our key was available at the unmanned desk around midnight. I had to leave for work the next day (we were staying two nights) and the manager demanded my boyfriend go get me at work to pay for the room. My credit card info was on the Expedia app but she was unable to process. He did not go get me and I paid when I returned. There were cloth chairs outside and a man was smoking cigerettes right outside our room and his room was at least two doors down. There was a plastic cup full of butts I tripped over the first morning and smelled super gross. Furniture and other renovations started going on before 7am and most of the property was in disarray with the construction. Rooms were clean enough and the staff were helpful.
