My wife Cathy and I live about a mile from the House so we will be available to help out with most questions and issues if there be any. Feel free to text, call or email at any time!

Coffee shop with live music every Friday and Saturday evening within a 2 minute walk! Tons of small shops in the Kitchen Kettle Village of Intercourse, PA also with in a few minutes walk.

Walking is ideal to tour Kitchen Kettle, but can drive the car there also. Bikes would be fabulous to tour the Amish Country., lots of beautiful farmlands and rural views in this area!

This home is very clean, conveniently located and very cozy. Daniel was easy to communicate with. The best perk for me was the fire pit. It was nice that they had everything you needed to start a fire. The swing set was in excellent shape. The kids loved it. Definitely will be back. I found my home away from home!! Thank you again.

The house was amazing! It was clean and the decor was lovely. We enjoyed every single amenity. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of running around. I was ablw to walk my dog in a neighborhood. Great property and host. Very clean, very responsive and accommodating host. Very well stocked kitchen, has all the basics you will need and host provides things to get you started. I enjoyed using the fire pit area in the evenings. Host provides everything you need down to a torch in the fire starter container to light it! Comfortable beds and furniture, giant TV. It’s in the absolute best location possible to all the sites. The owner provides electric bikes, which is an excellent feature for touring the Amish. The house is very pet friendly and the host responds to any questions immediately. The fire pit area was super cozy, and the hot tub was very clean. The front porch was amazing to sit out and watch the Amish buggies go by. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anybody else.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Host Daniel was in communication with me before, during and after our stay. The house was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed. The house was immaculate, extra pillows & blankets, pet friendly, games for those rainy days, beautiful fire pit amd hot tub to name a few. Short drive to Bird in Hand markets, the green Dragon, sight and sound theater ect. We'll be staying here when we visit Lancaster again.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay. The home and property are well maintained. A short walk to stores and restaurants. A 15-20 minute drive to many places of interest and outlets. We had a wonderful time.My only caution would be to parents with children and or pets . The street the house is on is very busy and there is a lot of truck traffic. However, the backyard is big enough for everyone to enjoy.

A perfect get away

We stayed at this cute cottage for a girls weekend. This doesn't happen often but this house is better then the listing! The space is beautifully decorated and clean. The hot tub and outside area are really fun. We greatly enjoyed the front porch and watching the horses go by. The hosts were very courteous and responsive. We can't wait to come back next year. The house is very close to shopping and restaurants- we had a full day of fun and enjoyed the house so much.

Look No Further! This One’s The BEST!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, look no further, this cottage has everything! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, our stay was fantastic! I was very pleased when we checked in because the code on the door was original and a number we were familiar with. This made me feel safer knowing the code had just been changed for our visit. We then found an abundance of snacks and drinks all included with our stay. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house was meticulously cleaned, the sheets were so soft that I was swimming in them, there were pool towels for the hot tub and extra towels for the shower, fire wood and kindling for the fire pit, miniature shampoo bottles and soap, laundry detergent, extra blankets for when we sat on the front porch, adorable lights over the fire pit, charging abilities for us to charge our car…. The list just goes on and on. We loved the one minute walk to the cafe nearby. It opened at 6am and closed at 8pm. The menu had plenty of options to make everyone happy. The decor in the cottage was elegant and simple. The hosts have a great sense of style and the ambiance was welcoming. I can’t say enough about our stay. We had a fantastic time, worth every penny!
